A 30-minute new client session is an introductory space for us to connect, get to know each other, and explore what is bringing you into coaching at this point in your life. This session is designed to help me better understand you, your current challenges, your goals, and the areas of your life you may be wanting more clarity, balance, confidence, or alignment in.

Together, we will briefly explore where your energy and attention have been going, what may be feeling emotionally heavy or disconnected, and what you are hoping to gain from coaching moving forward. This is a supportive and judgment-free conversation centered around self-awareness, emotional intelligence, authenticity, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

This session also allows us to see if we are a good fit to work together before moving into deeper 60-minute coaching sessions where we can fully dive into the deeper patterns, mindset shifts, emotional blocks, and personal growth work.
