In our sessions, we will take a look at your life from an outside perspective.
When we are constantly focused on the next thing, always in “go mode”, or consistently in a rush to finish what we’re doing or complete a goal…we begin to lose connection with the power we hold to pause & observe.
Observation is the first step to understanding…
who our most authentic self looks like
what healthy or unhealthy habits or patterns we have gotten into (physically, emotionally, & mentally)
who (or what) may be draining our energy & blocking our potential to be the most successful version of ourselves
what (or who) adds joy & good energy into our lives
Once we can intentionally & thoughtfully observe & draw awareness back to ourselves & the life we live, we can begin to make powerful changes that impact our mindset, perspective, & overall life satisfaction.
Self-Compassion & Appreciation
To see love in your life, you must first see the abundance of love already within you.
Our external reality is a reflection of our internal world— the way we speak to ourselves & the thoughts we give power to, how we choose to perceive & learn from life experiences, & our self-worth.
In each & every session together, we include various moments of self-appreciation & self-love practices. This is where your value is rooted— self-love.
When you consistently acknowledge all the amazing qualities about yourself (& your achievements), you begin to notice how you are much stronger & wiser than you are giving yourself credit for. Self-compassion & kindness towards oneself help you truly embody the power within you, therefore allowing you to thrive in unpredictable circumstances, life changes, toxic relationships, & negative thoughts that arise.

What habits do you tend to engage in that are holding you back? Then, let’s discuss redirection techniques.
Whose presence in your life drains you or blocks your authenticity?
Sometimes, we don’t even realize the habits we get into are self-sabotaging. And we may get caught in unhealthy patterns that block our life satisfaction, confidence, & feelings of success. So, let’s observe, understand, & take steps to end toxic habits/patterns & implement healthy, feel-good ways of living & thinking.
