The ARRIVE Workshop is a safe and supportive space that allows you to come just as you are.

This workshop was created to allow a space for reflection and present-moment living. You can expect a calm, inviting environment that does not ask you to be anything but your authentic self.

ARRIVE meets on Thursday each week to help you create time out of your schedule to come back to yourself. Allow yourself to build self-love, self-connection, and to embody a sense of feeling grounded and empowered.

ARRIVE Workshop overview

  • You will be guided to sit comfortably and close down your eyes. Then, Mia will guide you through a meditative moment where you will draw awareness to various areas of your body, beginning at your feet to the top of your head.

    This will allow you to notice any areas of emotional energy through identifying physical tension or discomfort.

  • Enhance self-awareness & self-connection through journaling using prompts that relate to the meditative body scan.

  • You will be guided to bring awareness to current challenges in your life, both externally and emotionally.

  • Use your breath to bring love and support to the areas of your body that need attention and compassion.

  • A moment to reflect on personal successes and show appreciation for oneself.

    You will learn to use your words as power to fuel your confidence, self-love, and perspective of reality.

  • The workshop will end with an optional moment to share any insights or personal success stories.

    This portion of the class was included to enhance a sense of community and togetherness.
