Presence is Power
Presence Is Power is a 60-minute online workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and observe your thoughts with greater awareness. Through guided breathwork, meditation, journaling, and intentional thought reframing, you'll learn how to create space between you and your thoughts so you can respond to life from a grounded place instead of reacting on autopilot.
This small group experience (limited to 11 participants) ends with an optional sharing circle to foster connection, reflection, and collective insight.
What to Expect:
