1:1 Alignment Sessions (60min)

Your confidence, clarity, and sense of personal power already exist — sometimes you just need space to reconnect with them. 1:1 Alignment Sessions are a safe, supportive, and personalized space to slow down, explore what may be holding you back, and step into your authentic self.

Through guided journaling prompts, meditative practices, and reflective conversation, you’ll uncover limiting beliefs, release internal barriers, and strengthen self-awareness. These sessions are designed to help you:

  • Build self-trust and confidence from the inside out

  • Gain clarity on your goals, challenges, and next steps

  • Explore patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back

  • Step into alignment with your authentic self

Each session is personalized to your needs and held in a warm, non-judgmental space where you can reflect, explore, and reconnect with yourself — all from wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that’s your couch, bed, or favorite chair.

Limited to 60 minutes per session, these 1:1 sessions are ideal for anyone ready to slow down, reflect, and step fully into their inner power.

  • The free consultation and 1:1 Alignment Sessions are intended for personal growth, mindfulness, and self-reflection. They are not therapy, counseling, or clinical mental health treatment, and should not be considered a substitute for professional mental health care.

  • By participating in these sessions, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions.

  • Sessions may include exercises, reflection, or optional sharing. Participation is completely voluntary, and you are encouraged to engage only to the level that feels comfortable.

  • While these sessions are not a formal therapy setting, anything you share with me will remain private and will not be shared with others. This helps create a safe and supportive space for reflection and self-awareness.
